After you’re logged in, select “Change of Business Email Address”. There is no fee for this transaction. Your new email address will receive alerts when your Annual Report is due to our office.

If you need to change your business address, please sign in to your account and select “Change of Business Address.” Your new business address will replace the previous on file.

If you want to change or edit the name of your business, you can file an amendment that is specific to the type of business entity you have. For example, if you have a CT Limited Liability Company you would need to complete the Certificate of Amendment listed under the Domestic Limited Liability Company Forms Index.
