Foreign Investigation Penalties
When operating a foreign business in CT, you must register your business within 90 days of doing business in the state. If you wish to dispute our fees, please email foreigninvestigation@ct.gov with questions. We may ask you to submit an affidavit to potentially reduce your penalty, or to respond to interrogatories, which are questions answered under oath.
