Are you a Connecticut State contractor or applying to become one? Depending on the type of contract you have, you may need to file forms and reports to comply with State contractor requirements.

Training requirements and technical assistance

The Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities also offers training for project owners and technical assistance for contractors.

Housing contracts

Contractors who provide housing will need to review and sign the Fair Housing Notice Pursuant to PA 16-16 (PDF). See subsection (b) of Substitute Senate Bill No. 152, Public Act No. 16-16 (PDF) for additional information.
