What is an annual report?

Every year, businesses in CT submit an annual report providing information about their business. Depending on the type of business, it may include:

  • Name of your business
  • Business mailing and street addresses
  • Business ID number
  • North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code
  • Business principal information (key executive or investor)
  • Registered agent information
  • Foreign entity information: executive/principal office address

It’s easy to complete and doesn’t ask for any financial information, such as revenue or expenses.
