What is an annual report?
Every year, businesses in CT submit an annual report providing information about their business. Depending on the type of business, it may include:
- Name of your business
- Business mailing and street addresses
- Business ID number
- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code
- Business principal information (key executive or investor)
- Registered agent information
- Foreign entity information: executive/principal office address
It’s easy to complete and doesn’t ask for any financial information, such as revenue or expenses.
