How do I submit an agent resignation?
Submit an agent resignation online.
This can only be filed by the agent and will remove the agent from the business. It will require an additional filing to assign a new agent to the business.
Agent resignation fees:
- Non-Stock Corporation and LP: $20
- All Others: $50
