You can look for information about businesses using the Business Records Search tool. Simply enter a business name, business ALEI, or filing number. This search covers all domestic (formed in Connecticut) and foreign (formed outside of Connecticut) entities on record.
On the results page you can click on the business name for more information, including:
- Business name
- Business ID
- Principal
- Agent
- Date formed
- Business entity type
- Street address, city, state and zip code
You can download a copy of each annual report shown on the page by clicking on "View as PDF."
