The NAICS code is currently mandatory for annual report filings and it must also be included on formation documents.

You can update your code by filing a NAICS code change online and there is no filing fee for this service.

If multiple NAICS codes apply to your business, please pick the one that most closely describes your primary business activity. NAICS codes are public and self-reported by businesses. We don't check the code you provide, or tell you if another code is a better match for your business.
