How long do I have to file an overdue annual report?
The administrative dissolution process begins when you receive a Notice of Intent to Dissolve/Revoke. Once the notice is issued, your business has 90 days to file all past-due annual reports. If those past-due annual reports aren't filed by then, it will receive a Notice of Forfeiture/Revocation.
