Reporting New Employees

Have you recently hired a new employee? As a Connecticut employer, you’re required to report all new hires to DOL within 20 days of hiring. We’ve made the reporting process quick and easy, and you can start right here.

You should also know that if an employee returns to work for your company after a separation of 60 days or more, you need to report that employee as a new hire.
