- Mandatory sexual harassment prevention training for employees. Training must be completed within the first six months of employment.
- Mandatory posters to be displayed in a common area.
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
- Connecticut employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees within the first six months of their employment.
- Direct employees to the online sexual harassment prevention training course provided by CHRO to get started. CHRO’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course
- Please note, certificates from CHRO are not required to prove an employee has completed the training. If an employer wants to keep track of compliance using their own methods, the employer may do so.

You must display the following posters in a break room, lunchroom, or other common area of your business:
