How Do I Apply a Voucher to my Account?

If your business receives money in voucher form, you will need to know how to apply these vouchers to your account on Business.CT.Gov. Vouchers provide a way for many businesses to become more productive and efficient, and knowing how to apply them is important for the growth of your company. 

Please use these directions to apply your voucher balance to your account

  1. Login to your ct.gov account
  2. Click on “Business Center” on the left menu

  3. Click on the “My payments” under “History” at left to navigate to the My payments page

  4. Click on the Redeem a Voucher” button

  5. Enter your voucher code and click “Apply” to apply your voucher balance to your account

  6. You will be able to see your voucher balance under the current balance

  7. Filing fee will be automatically deducted from your current balance (if any) when you submit a filing

NOTE: Vouchers can be redeemed using the “Redeem a Voucher” button which is also available on the payment screen
