Filing bulk UCC liens online
Due to COVID-19, you are strongly encouraged to file your UCC and other Business documents online. Our Division staff are currently working remotely, which may affect processing times for mail and fax filings. All UCC filings are accepted automatically.
EXPEDITED FILINGS:
Please email all expedited requests to crd@ct.gov with "expedited" in the subject.
Expedited requests will be filled by 4PM the following business day.
Expedited returns will be mailed, unless specific alternative arrangements are made with the file
